Q: Why should I use your services?
A: Even though CreativeTorch.com is a realitively new site, I have over 8 years of professional design experience. I like what we do, and we take pride in providing quality design solutions to businesses.

Q: You are a one-man design freelancer.... why do you keep refering to yourself as "we"?
A: Yes, I do this as a freelance career, and I refer to this business in plural since I do have many resources that I use; from printers to other designers that I may outsource to.

Q: How often do you check your e-mail?
A: I typically like to check my e-mail daily, but being a one-man operation, other things may occupy my time. In which case, I will respond to your e-mail within 72 hours, if not sooner.

Q: I want to use your services for a campaign, how fast can I expect to have all the final pieces delivered to me?
A: We typically like to finish projects within a two week period. However, the size, editing & printing schedules and other factors may prolong final deliverables. Ask for a consultation so we may assess your campaign to fit within your timeframe.

Q: How does the creative process work?
A: Depending on the project, the process will begin with an idea. (logo on a pen, picture on a t-shirt, brochure, website, etc) An original concept is created and you get to edit and have creative input. We will make edits and show you samples again. You will make suggestions on the correction and the final artwork will be prepaired. The final artwork will be posted depending on the final medium (posted as a webpage, burned on a CD or given to the printer) and thus the final process will begin. At that point, Creative Torch will give you an estimated time of delivery.

Q: Can I put any image on a t-shirt and/or mug?
A: We can put any image that you own on just about anything; hats, t-shirts, mugs, sweatshirts, shorts, totes, clocks, stickers, teddy bears, magnets, pins, mousepads and more. Anything with a trademark or copyright can not be used (unless you own the rights)

Q: Can you make an image for me?
A: Yes. Let us know and we can consult on the project to get it just the way you want it. If you want to use an image, in whole or as pieces, from an exsiting image will not be allowed.

Q: Can you alter an image for me?
A: Only if you own it, such as an old photograph that you want fixed, lightened, darkended, or an image that you want blemishes removed, such as pimples or scars, etc. We can put stuff in, or take stuff out; depending on the lighting and what you want done. Contact us and get a free consultation.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Creative Torch does not accept credit cards. We do accept checks and Money Orders. Our partners and affiliates do accept most credit cards.
